The Founding Constitution of the Republic of Sofalia
WE, the sovereign citizens of the digital frontier, hereby establish the Republic of Sofalia as a sovereign digital civilization. This document serves as the foundational charter for a borderless society where identity, innovation, and opportunity are the primary currency of citizenship.
Article I: Sovereignty. The Republic of Sofalia is a sovereign digital state, independent of traditional borders. All citizens shall have the right to digital identity and the freedom to innovate without state interference.
The Republic of Sofalia is not a political entity, but a visionary ecosystem for the next generation of global citizens. We commit to a future where digital sovereignty is protected by transparent governance and ethical innovation.
Article II: Citizenship. Citizenship is granted through digital verification and active participation in the Republic's innovation ecosystem. Rights and responsibilities are defined by the Citizen Assembly.
